Frequently asked questions about diving

What certification level do I need?

Most dives require at least Open Water Diver (or equivalent). For deeper or more challenging sites an Advanced certification and sufficient recent experience are recommended. If you are unsure about your level, we will help you choose suitable trips.

Can I dive with an instructor or guide?

Yes, all trips are accompanied by professional dive guides or instructors. Depending on the program and your experience, we can arrange guided buddy teams or courses – just tell us what you are looking for.

Can I rent full dive equipment?

Yes, most boats and bases offer complete rental gear (wetsuit, BCD, regulator, computer, etc.). Please send us your sizes in advance so we can reserve suitable equipment for you.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety always comes first. The captain and dive leader decide about the final route based on wind, waves and currents. If the weather forces us to change or cancel a program, we will inform you as early as possible and discuss the available alternatives.

When should I book my diving trip?

Popular periods (high season and holidays) can sell out quickly, so it is best to book as early as you can. Tell us your travel dates and we will check which boats and routes match your schedule.

What prices should I expect?

Prices depend on the chosen boat, length of the trip, season, cabin type and whether you use your own or rental equipment. The basic starting price is 16,500 THB. The final package price is always confirmed after a personal discussion and a written quotation. Contact us on WhatsApp for a tailor-made offer.
