How can I book a tour?
On our website: Booking our programs is very simple! Select your desired tour, add it to the Cart, and complete your order. After receiving your booking, we personally verify . If you chose online payment, your reservation is confirmed once the payment is processed.
If you selected the Pay on site option, you don’t need to do anything else — we’ll meet you directly in Krabi!
Unlike large automated platforms, we personally check every booking to avoid errors and to ensure reliable, accurate information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe, one of the most secure online payment systems. In addition, you can pay via Wise, Revolut, and other international methods. If you prefer, you can also select Pay on site and settle in person when we meet in Krabi.
What is included in the tour price?
The price always includes the services listed in the detailed program description, or those personally agreed upon at booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that travel plans may change. Our policy:
- 24+ hours before departure: full refund (minus processing fees).
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund.
- Within 24 hours: only the operator can cancel for safety reasons (e.g. unsafe weather). Rain alone is not valid. In such cases, you’ll receive a full refund or alternative date.
All cancellation requests must be sent via email as soon as possible, so we can assist you.
