Introduction

Ann & Co Asia Company Limited

Ann & Co Asia Company Limited acts solely as an intermediary in the sale of programs. The company sells tickets for various activities (e.g., boat excursions, island visits, cultural tours), but the execution and quality of the programs are the responsibility of the respective service providers.

By purchasing, the customer accepts the terms outlined in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and enters into a direct legal relationship with the program organizer.

Disclaimer of Liability

Service Quality and Execution
Ann & Co Asia Company Limited assumes no responsibility for the quality, safety, or fulfillment of the programs but strives to direct customers to the best possible service providers based on its experience. Any complaints regarding the program must be resolved directly between the customer and the service provider.

Damages and Force Majeure
The company is not liable for:

  • Personal injuries, property damages, or other losses.
  • Changes resulting from natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

Program Changes
The company is not responsible for any changes to the schedule, location, or content of programs initiated by the service provider.

Ticket Prices, Booking, and Payment Terms

 

  1. Ticket Prices
    Ticket prices are displayed on the website or communicated through other channels. Prices may vary based on the customer's specific requirements.

  2. Booking Confirmation
    A booking is considered valid only after full payment of the ticket price.

  3. Price Changes
    Prices are determined by the respective program organizer and are subject to change at any time.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Booking Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation
The booking can be secured with a 50% deposit; however, it is considered final and fully confirmed only once the total amount (100%) has been paid.

Full Payment Requirement
The full balance must be paid before the programme start.
Failure to settle the outstanding amount by the required time will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and the paid deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the programme start: the deposit is strictly non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the programme start: 50% of the paid deposit will be refunded.

  • In cases where the programme cannot be operated due to weather conditions or safety reasons (e.g. unsafe sea conditions), the guest may choose between:

    • rescheduling to a new date, or

    • a 100% refund of the amount paid.

Amendments After Confirmation
Any changes requested after booking confirmation (including date, programme, route, or similar) are subject to an administration fee of 500 THB per modification.

Important Notice on 24-Hour Cancellations
For cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, ticket and service fees cannot be refunded, as the funds have already been transferred to the service provider.

Refund Processing
All refunds are processed in accordance with the relevant service provider’s policy.
Our office acts solely as an intermediary and may assist with the refund procedure upon written request from the customer.

Complaint Handling

 

  1. Direct Complaint Submission
    The company directs all complaints directly to the service provider.

  2. Complaint Deadline
    Complaints must be submitted within 3 calendar days after the program's completion, in writing and addressed to the service provider in Thai language.

 

Data Protection

The company uses the personal data provided by the customer solely for managing bookings and facilitating communication required for the execution of programs. Data processing is carried out in compliance with applicable legal regulations.

Governing Law and Language

 

  1. Governing Law
    This agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand.

  2. Languages
    The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are available in multiple languages (Hungarian, English, etc.). In the event of a dispute, the English version shall prevail.
